John Rock born John D. Nettles III out of Louisville,Ky. Currently, General manger of 94.5 The Blaze radio station & a member of The Fleet DJ's/ Fleet Producers, a worldwide DJ coalition, and a Ceo of A.N.F. Music Group LLC Which stands for Avalanche, Naos, Forever, who is home to such artist as Verse The General, J-Krome, Bulldog, Low Key, Big Ro & more. He stepped on the music scene in 1991 beginning his career as a DJ/Producer/Rapper for early 90's groups called Kaos & Da-Spliph. He started DJing the local high school, Shawnee High's dances every week. Soon advancing to the club scene as a resident DJ at some of Louisville's hottest clubs in the 90's such Club Caddy's, The Elks Lodge, The Velvet Rose, and more. After working for local promoters, J-Rock was soon hired on board one of hip-hops most successful labels, Def Jam Recordings as a midwest marketing rep and street team member. Other labels include, Polygram, Universal, & Dreamworks. He's toured with some of the biggest names in hip-hop & R&B  from Puff Daddy, The Notorious BIG, Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes, Playa, Montell Jordan and many  more. He's also made DJing appearances at Def Comedy Jam tours. After working for several labels, He formed Avalanche Records in Louisville with DA-Spliph group member A.P. In 2007 J-Rock teamed up with Rock The Vote, & Makers Mark brand bourbon and became The Makers Mark Abassador DJ serving as house DJ for the Rock The Vote Tour. Still to this day, he remains rocking party's in all size venues across the country as an open format DJ. From Arenas to small clubs, Catch J-Rock appearing at public and private events abroad.
